  • Day01 Arrival in Beijing
    Welcome to Beijing! After claiming your baggage, please proceed to the Arrival Hall. Our professional guide awaits you at the exit holding a placard with your name on it. After a short greeting, the guide will accompany you to the hotel and help you with the check-in procedure. The rest of the day will be up to you. You may familiarize yourself with the city or take a good rest.

    Day02 Beijing
    We will spend a full day to explore the most significant sights in China's charming capital today. After a short walk around remarkable Tiananmen Square, we head to the Forbidden City - the world's largest and most complete wooden structure building complex constructed more than 500 years ago. In addition to admiring its grand layout and magnificent buildings, you can also see many rare treasures and antiques. Around noon, we will serve you an a la carte lunch (valued at CNY150.00 per person and included in our price) at a superb restaurant. We then visit the Temple of Heaven, where one can explore the finest examples of Chinese ancient architectures. We conclude the day after enjoying a brilliant Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theatre.

    Day03 Beijing
    Today is a nice balance of physical activity and cultural experience. We will focus on a challenging walk on the Badaling Great Wall in the morning. Your physical effort is rewarded when climbing high and seeing the imposing great wall snaking its way over the rolling mountain ridges into the distance. Lunch is not included today though your guide is ready to help you find a good place if you like. On our way back downtown, we will drive by the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium), and you have a chance to take some photos of its unique exterior. We then explore the more traditional and historic side of Beijing by taking rickshaws through the old Hutongs.

    Day04 Beijing - Xian
    This morning, our guide will show you the Summer Palace. Covering an area of 290 hectares, this classic royal garden integrates Longevity Hill, Kunming Lake, many exquisite halls, pavilions, corridors, rocks, bridge and so on. After having an a la carte lunch at a fine restaurant, you will be escorted to the railway station. Riding an afternoon high-speed train to Xian adds to your experience. Upon your arrival at the North Railway Station, your local guide and driver will greet you and take you to the hotel.

    Day05 Xian
    Morning excursion today will take you to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which is acclaimed as one of the greatest archeological discoveries in the 20th century. This amazing museum is built on the excavation site with an exhibition of more than 7,000 life-sized terracotta warriors, horses, chariots and weapons buried 2200 years ago. Lunch today is at your own cost. Our guide is happy to recommend a good restaurant at your request. We continue to visit the must-see Provincial History Museum and the ancient City Wall. In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional Dumpling Dinner followed by a fascinating Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Performance.

    Day06 Xian - Shanghai
    After breakfast, we visit to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda & Xian Museum, both of which are set in a peaceful tree-lined park. Built more than 1300 years ago, the Small Wild Goose Pagoda remains stunning although its top collapsed in an earlier earthquake. The neighboring Xian Museum is beautifully laid out with exquisite items displayed. We will then introduce you to a local family, where you can have an authentic communication with the hosts and taste the homely cooked a la carte lunch (valued at CNY120.00 per person and included in our price). Afterwards, you will head to Shanghai on an afternoon flight. On arriving, you will be greeted and taken to the downtown hotel.

    Day07 Shanghai
    This pleasant day begins with Shanghai Museum. The various potteries, costumes, brass wares, coins, calligraphy and paintings on display give visitors great insight into the brilliant Chinese culture and art. A visit to Yuyuan Garden, a beautiful oasis in the heart of Shanghai comes next. As a great example of classical Chinese gardens, one is easily impressed by the details in its planning and design. After having an a la carte lunch (valued at CNY150.00 per person and included in our price) at a local popular restaurant, we take a Huangpu River cruise to view the striking buildings on both sides of the river in the Puxi and Pudong areas. You will have some free time to walk around the Bund area. The day concludes with a visit to a charming Old Street, where you can find a good mix of old and modern.

    Day08 Shanghai - Hanoi
    You will have the morning free to simply relax at the hotel or do some shopping on your own. You will be escorted to the airport for an afternoon flight to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. After about 3.5 hours flight, you will arrive at NoiBai International Airport in Hanoi. Our local guide will meet you at the airport exit. A private transfer takes you to the selected hotel.

    Day09 Hanoi
    As a rapidly developing city also bearing profound culture, Hanoi never fails to leave visitors with strong impressions. Our morning sightseeing starts with the solemn Ho Chi Minh Complex including Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his former residence, both of which are iconic monuments of the country. We then visit the nearby One Pillar Pagoda and Temple of Literature. After lunch, we have a leisurely cyclo trip around HoanKiem Lake, which is a haven away from the vibrant Old Quarter. Later, we explore the busy streets of Old Quarter to pick up the pulse of Hanoi, and then we return to the hotel.

    Day10 Hanoi - Halong Bay
    Enjoy a hearty breakfast at your hotel. We set out to Halong Bay, a scenic wonderland that is about 3.5 hours drive from Hanoi. You will board a Junk Cruise to take in the captivating landscape. A gourmet lunch of fresh seafood is served onboard as your junk sails out into the alluring bay. Thousands of islands, ranging from small to large, dot the waters along with fishing villages. In the afternoon, your cruise ship will dock at ThienCung (or Dau Go or Sung Sot), which is one of the three largest and most beautiful limestone caves in Halong Bay. Here you can see numerous stalactite and stalagmite formations with colorful man-made lighting. What a fantastic experience! For the rest of the day, you can enjoy lazing aboard or take optional activities including Kayaking, diving and swimming. Stay overnight on the junk cruise.

    Day11 Halong Bay - Hanoi - Da Nang - Hoi An
    If you are interested in Tai Chi, you can get up earlier to learn it on the top deck. After having a wake-up coffee or tea, you will take a boat to visit the nearby islands. Brunch is served as the Junk Cruise returns to Halong pier. Your Hanoi guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to the airport for a flight to Da Nang. On arriving, you will be met and taken to the hotel in Hoi An directly. You may either have a rest at the hotel or roam the attractive old town on your own for the remainder of the day.

    Day12 Hoi An (Walking tour & Boat trip)
    Hoi An, once a prosperous port city from 15th to 19th century, has well retained a great many old buildings with different architecture styles, including Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and French. We will spend the whole morning to walk through the narrow streets of the ancient town, and visit the centuries-old Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Hall, Tan Ky ancestral house and the famed Japanese Bridge. The afternoon is devoted to a short boat trip to a nearby island village for you to learn about the villagers' traditional way of making pottery. We will return to the hotel in the late afternoon. The evening is at your own disposal, and you can enjoy its wonderful night scenery at a leisurely pace.

    Day13 Hoian - Da Nang - Hue
    This morning we leave for Hue, which was historically a capital city for three dynasties. It is absolutely a scenic drive, and we stop at Hai Van Pass to take in a spectacular view of mountains, sea and coastline. Besides, we will have a drink at the fishing village of Lang Co. In the early afternoon, we arrive at Hue. After a short break, we take a walking tour to the Royal Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda and the Mausoleum of King TuDuc. Then we continue to visit the Imperial Museum and Dong Ba Market.

    Day14 Hue - Saigon
    After breakfast, you will be guided to the airport for a morning flight to Saigon. Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to a downtown hotel. Lunch is served at a good quality restaurant. We then visit the major sightseeing spots of the city, including War Remnant Museum, the Reunification Palace, the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral and the City's Centre Post Office. We conclude the day after visiting Ben Thanh Market where you can look for various souvenirs.

    Day15 Saigon - Mekong River Delta - Saigon
    A pleasant trip of Mekong River Delta is scheduled today. It takes about 2 hours to drive to Cai Be, from where we take a boat and start our cruise along Mekong River. You can see many barges filled with fresh fruits, vegetables, rice, dry goods and other products along the way, which is a traditional way of living still going on today for the locals. Lunch is served at an old house in An BinhIsland's orchards. Then we visit a family-run workshop to see conventional way of processing coconut candy, rice paper rolls and swelled candy. Afterwards, we take a rowboat to the more rural area for a deeper exploration. Later we observe the plantation of local fruits and vegetables at a nursery garden. At around 15:30, our cruise arrives at VinhLong, from where we transfer back to the hotel in Saigon.

    Day16 Departure from Saigon
